Returns Policy

Change of mind

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unopened item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Product must still be sealed and in its original condition.

Opened product

Once a sealed item has been opened we cannot accept a change-of-mind return, because the contents cannot be verified.

Faulty or wrong items

• Message us with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery.
• We cover return postage on faulty, damaged or incorrectly picked items.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
