Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. Pre-orders ship on the product's release date.

Packaging

Sealed product is packed with padding inside a rigid outer box so corners and edges stay sharp in transit. Boxes ship in plain outer packaging.

Lost or damaged parcels

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
