1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy trading card products from DeuxyDex or hold a DeuxyDex membership. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Orders and pricing

Items marked as member RRP stock come from our distributor and are sold to paying members at the recommended retail price. Resale items are priced separately using current market value, which can move with supply and demand. All prices include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted once we send confirmation. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you and offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Product condition

We sell factory-sealed, unsealed and individual card products. The condition and stock type shown on the listing form part of the description. Outer packaging can show minor shelf wear; we describe anything beyond that on the product page. Pull rates are set by the manufacturer and we make no promises about the contents of sealed items.

4. Membership

• Membership costs £5 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.
• Members can access distributor-supplied stock offered at RRP.
• Limited allocations may carry fair purchase limits and membership does not guarantee every item.
• Resale products remain separately priced at market value unless a stated member benefit applies.
• You can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.

5. Limits and liability

We may limit quantities on limited allocation items. Nothing in these terms restricts your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Trademarks

Pokémon and the Pokémon Trading Card Game are trademarks of their respective owners. DeuxyDex is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with them.
